The majority of Darwin Festival events are accessible to wheelchairs or for people with limited mobility. Those venues are marked with the symbol above on each show listing. Any Festival event which does not contain any music, sound or dialogue is marked with the symbol above.

Assistive Listening
The Darwin Entertainment Centre has Assistive Listening Systems installed in both venues and can
be used to amplify or enhance sound quality and eliminate background noise. Limited headsets are
available. Please advise box office staff when you book your ticket should you require a headset.
Please contact DEC box office directly, for further information on the operation of hearing loops.

AUSLAN Sign Interpreting
AUSLAN is the major sign language used by the Australian Deaf community. This service is provided courtesy of the Interpreting and Translating Service NT.

Accessible Parking
Limited accessible parking is available at most Darwin Festival venues.

Accessible Transport

A limited number of Taxis are available in Darwin that can carry wheelchairs, electric scooters and mobility aids. Please call 131 008 to make your booking.
