Bookings

Online

To purchase tickets, simply click the Buy Tickets button on the event page and follow the prompts. You will be given an option to keep shopping for multiple events or to complete the checkout process.

You can also click on the cart icon in the top right of your screen from any page on the website to begin the checkout process. You will be required to register or log in if you have an existing account with us. This year we’ve moved over to a new ticketing system, so if you do have an existing account with us, you will be prompted to update your password and account details. Please ensure your billing address is up to date as card payments are verified against this address.

Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email of your booking – this is your e-ticket. Use your smart phone to show the confirmation email to venue staff for door scanning at performances on arrival. Alternatively, you can print out your receipt and carry it with you for scanning, or arrange to pick up hard tickets at Darwin Festival box offices ahead of time.

For more information on e-ticketing, check our FAQs.

E-Ticket

This year we are introducing e-ticketing. When you order your tickets online, over the phone or at one of our Box Office counters, you will receive an email confirmation of your booking – this is your e-ticket.

Use your smart phone to show the confirmation email to venue staff for door scanning at performances on arrival. Alternatively, you can print out your receipt and carry it with you for scanning, or arrange to pick up hard tickets at Darwin Festival Box Offices ahead of time.

Find out more about e-ticketing in our FAQs.

Box Office

Purchase your tickets in person at our Box Offices or present your email confirmation to collect your hard tickets if you wish.

Remember, your email confirmation serves as your e-ticket at our venues, so there is no need to collect hard tickets in advance. Use your smart phone to show the confirmation email to venue staff for door scanning at performances on arrival. Alternatively, you can print out your receipt and carry it with you for scanning.

See our Box Office locations and opening hours above.

Postage

When you purchase your tickets, during the checkout process you can select to have hard tickets delivered by registered mail. This will incur a $5.50 fee (incl GST) to cover postage costs. Please allow at least 14 days for your order to arrive at your nominated address.

Please note ticket mail-outs will begin in June and cease 10 days before the Festival.

Remember, your confirmation email serves as your e-ticket at our venues, so there is no need to receive hard tickets in advance. Use your smart phone to show the confirmation email to venue staff for door scanning at performances on arrival. Alternatively, you can print out your receipt and carry it with you for scanning.

Darwin Festival is unable to post tickets internationally. Should you wish to purchase tickets outside of Australia prior to arriving in Darwin, remember that you can show your e-ticket at the performance venue for admission, or collect hard tickets from our Box Offices upon arrival.
