Indulge in a taste of the Territory prepared by local food vendors in Festival Park.

There’s plenty to tempt you every night of the Festival, so get the family together, meet up with mates and enjoy delicious food and a refreshing drink.

FESTIVAL PARK ANTIPASTO BOXES

Picnic in the Park before your show! Pre order a gourmet Antipasto Box from Pony & Sid Catering Co and indulge in a selection of cheeses, cured meats, house-made dips, crackers and more.

Vegetarian and gluten free options available

Order by midday on the day before your show then collect from small bar in Festival Park from 5pm on the night.

BAMBOO LOUNGE

Serving up pillowy rice flour bao buns stuffed with meat, veg and loads of fresh herbs – this is traditional Taiwanese street food meets taco. Your bao comes with a side of fries because, well why not!

CHOW

A taste of South East Asia featuring the Golden Bowl winning laksa from the 2021 Darwin International Laksa Festival. Treat yourself to this Darwin tradition or a curry from
Thailand, Malaysia and India.

CUCINA SOTTO LE STELLE

Pizza in the Park is something of an institution – especially when it’s wood-fired to order and topped with a mouth-watering combination of local produce and Italian ingredients. Buon appetito!

DAMASQUINO CAFE AND RESTAURANT

Get a taste of traditional Syrian food cooked the old-fashioned way. There’s something for
meatlovers and vegetarians in this range of delicious kebabs, kibbeh, shish tawook and salad.

DARLINGS PASTA CLUB

Delicious handmade pasta that honours traditional techniques is given a Darwin spin. Made with 100% organic flour and featuring simple fresh ingredients, Darlings
screams “yum!”.

FILOSOFOOD

You’re invited to share in Filipino style fusion cuisine that includes not only traditional favourites but nachos with Filos’ BBQ meat and all the toppings.

NT THAI ASSOCIATION

Darwin’s own NT Thai Association transports you to Asia with their Thai hawker-style street food classics like omelette pad thai noodles and paw paw salad.

PHAT MANGO

For banging local food that’s a bit different, you can’t go past Phat Mango by Martin the Chef. Phat at the Festival serves up great local ingredients with Indigenous flavourings and their famous Territory Paella.

TRAMPOLINE GELATO

A scoop of refreshing gelato is the perfect indulgence before a show, after dinner or anytime! And when it’s made just down the road, you know it’s fresh. Treat yourself to this year's Festival flavour, Rosella Kiss.
