Fees explained
Transaction fees help cover the costs associated with processing your booking.
All online, phone, in-person and other ticket sales through Darwin Festival incur a $5.50 (including GST) non‑refundable transaction fee per transaction. This fee is charged once per transaction, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.
To minimise fees, we encourage you to book multiple shows in a single transaction.
Please note that the $5.50 transaction fee does not apply to donation‑only transactions, certain promotions and transactions consisting only of free tickets
If Darwin Festival permits an exchange, a $5.50 exchange fee will apply and will be processed by Darwin Festival’s Ticketing Team at the time of the exchange.
