The team from Three Mum’s Kitchen are once again gracing Festival Park with their delicious Vietnamese food – and in our opinion, one of the best noodle salads in the Darwin CBD. Hopper Kade by ELLA brings Sri Lankan street‑side soul to Festival Park. Freshly fermented rice‑and‑coconut hoppers (appam) are swirled hot into crisp, lacy bowls with a cloud‑soft centre, served with bright coconut sambol and gentle curry sauce, or choose an egg hopper with a softly set egg nestled within.
