Dog-Eared Darwin Print Fair

Dog-Eared Darwin Print Fair

Dog‑Eared Darwin Print Fair brings artists, publishers, printmakers and storytellers together for three days in Darwin this August.

Presented in the Top End for the first time, the fair offers an opportunity to connect with the world of art books and contemporary print media, browse and buy works, and meet the people behind them.
At the heart of the fair is the Print Market, held at Charles Darwin University’s Danala Education and Community Precinct across all three days. The 2026 Print Market features publishers and practitioners including Perimeter Books and MOM (Naarm/Melbourne), Binatang Press (Jakarta), KRACK! Printmaking Collective (Yogyakarta), dishevel books and the Northern Centre for Contemporary Art (Garramilla/Darwin), alongside artists and art centres from across the Northern Territory presented by Laundry Gallery, all with printed works available to browse and purchase.
In addition to the Print Market, there will be a program of workshops and talks that invites creative practitioners, students, emerging artists and designers, children and families, as well as book and art lovers to learn new skills, hear directly from makers, and take part in a vibrant cultural exchange centred on contemporary print.

Dog‑Eared Darwin Print Fair is presented by Good Dragonfly, in collaboration with artists, publishers, organisations and communities across many regions, and is supported by the Australian Government through Creative Australia, its principal arts investment and advisory body.
The full list of stallholders and full program details will be announced on Wed 1 July. For more information visit dog-eared-darwin.com.au
