Dog-Eared Darwin Print Fair

Dog‑Eared Darwin Print Fair is a free event celebrating printed matter: artist books, zines, photobooks, screen prints and risograph editions from stallholders spanning Australia and the Asia-Pacific. The fair offers an opportunity to connect with artists, publishers, printmakers and storytellers, and to browse and buy unique works.

Beyond the Print Market, Dog-Eared Darwin Print Fair will host a satellite program of workshops and talks inviting creative practitioners, students, artists and designers, children and families, and book and art lovers to learn new skills, hear directly from makers, and take part in a cultural exchange centred on contemporary print.

Join Northern Territory author and illustrator Di Lucas for an interactive storytelling session inspired by the seasons of the Top End. Designed to encourage creativity, imagination and participation, this fun and engaging session introduces children to storytelling, drama and art through play.

Children and their families are warmly invited to Laundry Gallery for a storytime with Territory author Maree McCarthy Yoelu, reading from her books Brother Moon and the award-winning Bapa’s Last Canoe. Settle in and be transported through a heartfelt canoe journey with camping, fishing, singing and laughing with family. Presented with Magabala Books.
