Seven Seasons Dinner
Take a culinary journey through the changing Top End seasons as Daniel and Steven Motlop curate an evening showcasing native Australian ingredients paired with premium Seven Seasons spirits.
Starting with the Windy Season, you’ll savour tantalising canapés before a multicourse dining experience that tells the story of the Territory. Guests will also be treated to the release of Seven Seasons Distillery’s first whisky and a cultural Yolŋu dance.
Seven Seasons, founded by Larrakia man Daniel Motlop, is a premium distillery that uses native Australian ingredients to bring you a taste of the world’s oldest new flavours. The creators follow the lores of the land, rather than western calendars. Changes in the stars, winds, plants, animals and traditional foods are the signals used to wild harvest the native ingredients profiled in each of their spirits. The inspiration for Seven Seasons spirits comes from the land and the seven seasons of Gulumerrdjin, Larrakia People. Enjoy a meal and the stories behind each accompanying sip.
