Dry Season Drift
Close out your Festival with a curated journey through flavour, creativity and distinctly Darwin places – with a few delightful unknowns along the way.
Part food experience, part cultural wander, part city adventure – Dry Season Drift celebrates the spaces, people and creativity that give Darwin its unmistakable rhythm. Follow the trail, not the map.
Ticket holders will move through a curated path across the city, discovering exclusive offerings, hidden gems and one-off moments created especially for the Festival. Some stops you’ll recognise. Others might surprise you.
Designed to be savoured, this experience connects food, creativity and atmosphere, unfolding as you go on an adventure that delights the senses.
Come curious – we’ll take care of the rest. Leave with a deeper feel for the dry season rhythm.
Your curated paths:
Saturday 22 August – Explore the City
A curated journey through Darwin’s city venues. The day begins at Roma Bar, before moving into a guided tour at Outstation Gallery. The afternoon invites you to get hands-on at the Hilton with a personalised cocktail experience, followed by a Renaissance-inspired art and wine pairing at The Last Supper. The day wraps up at Babylon with a bespoke Darwin Festival cocktail featuring local ingredients, enjoyed alongside music and immersive visuals.
Sunday 23 August – Explore Darwin
Start the day beachside at East Point Reserve with an interactive food experience at Ken’s Crepes NT & perhaps take a whirl at the art of Crepe spinning. Then, discover the very best of Indigenous art at MAGNT with a guided tour of the NATSIAAs, followed by a visit to Karen Brown Gallery to meet the current exhibitor. The afternoon unfolds at Willing Distillery with a behind-the-scenes tour and interactive Q&A, before finishing at De La Plage for beach sunset views and live music. Please note that guests will need to arrange their own transport between venues.
