More Info

Presented by Darwin Festival and Darwin Ski Club

Join us at the iconic Darwin Ski Club and bask in the glow of the setting sun at this spine-tingling closing weekend concert.

Celebrated Queensland artist Katie Noonan presents Joni Mitchell’s Blue accompanied by a stellar five-piece band in a concert by the water for lovers of music and poetry.

One of the most influential singer-songwriters to emerge from the 1960’s folk music circuit, Joni Mitchell’s music is still as stunning and relevant today. Her Blue album, now 50 years old, was life changing for many artists including Katie Noonan, who has been deeply inspired by its compositional, lyrical and vocal performance. Now you can discover these songs again, brought to life by one
of Australia’s most versatile artists.

The event begins with the Australian jazz vocalist and composer Jo Davie, who has won audiences and accolades across Australia with her jazz sensibilities, exceptional vocal technique and four-octave range.

Come and hear unparalleled artistry in voice and song.

Ticket price includes one Social Membership to the Northern Territory Water Ski Association / Darwin Ski Club (the “NTWSA”) for a period of 12 months only from date of the event until 30/06/2024.*
