Every August Salon des Refusés features works submitted but not accepted into the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (NATSIAA). Now in its ninth year, the 2021 Salon des Refusés will be a digital exhibition.
The quality of this exhibition demonstrates the superb standard of art being created by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists nationwide, and provides valuable insight into where the movement has come from and where it’s heading.
