Your evening begins with a blind tasting to tease the palate, before a banquet of bold, beautiful flavours unfolds. Slow-cooked lamb kleftiko – roasted overnight in a family brick oven – takes centre stage, alongside crispy filo tiropita, creamy tzatziki with dill oil and cucumber pearls, and a Greek village salad dressed with Kalymnian honey. You’ll savour tender octopus with fava and Kalamata purée, rich beef orzo with demi-glace and finish with a Medusa chocolate mousse topped with hazelnut crumble. The experience is paired with a curated selection of wine, beer and non-alcoholic offerings designed to complement every decadent bite.
