One of Australia’s best-loved artists opens Darwin Festival’s newest music venue

Since Guy Sebastian exploded into our hearts as winner of the inaugural Australian Idol in 2003, he has been the only male solo artist to boast six #1 singles and three #1 albums in ARIA chart history. Guy has achieved over 1.3 billion streams world-wide and has attained eight ARIA Gold certified releases, 14 Top 10 ARIA singles and has won seven ARIA Awards. He heads to Darwin having dropped his first new music of 2025, the high energy ‘Maybe’, and his much-anticipated new album is on the horizon. Joining the line-up are Gabriella Cilmi and The Wanted Gems.

Singer-songwriter Gabriella Cilmi was discovered at the age of 13 singing Led Zeppelin covers with her Melbourne garage band. In 2008, she became known the world over for her distinctive husky voice with her soulful smash ‘Sweet About Me’, which went Top 10 in 16 countries! Fast foward to 2025 and amongst playing festivals, writing and recording between London and Devon, Gabriella is set to release new music, which is promised to be her most exciting yet.

The Wanted Gems are an identical twin sister duo whose angelic harmonies and signature ukulele accompaniment create a sound that blends indie-folk and dream-pop with heartfelt authenticity. Originally from Colorado, Madison and Micaela Hull have called Mparntwe (Alice Springs) home for over a decade, drawing deep inspiration from the desert landscape, its vibrant arts community and personal stories.
