Administrative Assistant

Production Administrator

The Production Administrator assists with all administration of the Production department, including crew coordination and technical production requirements, to support the safe and professional site delivery of Darwin Festival events. Check out full position description here.

Production Coordinators (Multiple Roles)

The Production Coordinators will assist with the coordination of technical and site production under the direction of the Production Manager and the Technical Manager. This role covers the coordination of logistics, suppliers, site plans along with responsibility for production assets, materials and equipment. Full position description available here.

Logistics Coordinator 

The Logistics Coordinator will assist with the coordination of technical production to support the safe and professional site delivery of Darwin Festival events at venues. This person will possess effective delegation skills, the ability to action Production department budgets and plans as well as implement key Event Safety and Risk Management Strategies in collaboration with the Production Manager and Technical Manager. General Callout for Production and Event Staff

#DFEST18 is gearing up for this year’s Festival and we want you to join our stellar Production team.

We are currently hiring and would love to hear from:
·Site Managers
·Stage Managers
·Venue Technicians
·Carpenters
·Fly Squad
·Front of House Managers

1.Which role/s are you interested in applying for?
2.Do you have relevant experience working in major events and festivals?
3.Does the majority of your experience include working on outdoor sites or within venues and theatres?
