Benjamin is back this Dry Season with his authentic Italian woodfired pizza, a Nightcliff foreshore favourite for many years. The team from Three Mum’s Kitchen are once again gracing Festival Park with their delicious Vietnamese food – including, in our opinion, one of the best noodle salads in the city. Using fresh, local ingredients from farms and markets around the Top End, this is authentic tasty food made with mum’s magic touch.
One of our longest standing food vendors Trampoline Gelato is back and we can’t wait for you to taste this year’s exclusive Darwin Festival flavour. With a minimum of 12 flavours on offer each night, Festival Park will be full of smiling faces. And that’s Trampoline owner John’s favourite part of his job!
