Club Awi is coming at you in 2024 with more zest than ever before!

Longtime curator Kuya James has teamed up with Jocelyn Tribe (DemiRep) as Tangan Collective to bring late night party goers a mix of locally-based tastemakers alongside some friends from WA, Timor Leste and beyond.

Expect a line-up of heavies, whose Boiler Room sets have inspired a new generation of genre-defying magic around the globe, paired up with homegrown heroes and some killer surprise acts. The decks will be sizzling with a delicious melting pot – from afro grooves to jersey club, synth wave to disco, classic R ‘n’ B to new school hip hop.

This year will bring out the true meaning of Club ‘Awi’ – the Tiwi word for everyone – with fresh sounds to get the whole crowd jumping.

Not one to stick to any genre, Ayebatonye’s entrancing sets blend together an array of global electronic sounds bringing together a cornucopia of afro rhythms, deep percussive drum beats, classic house, techno, jersey club and more.
