Wet Funk ventures into a world of lush vocals soaked in synths, set upon a landscape of deep grooves, with a little help from some friends including Mista Monk, Shalom Kaa, Lord Ndoro, Matthew Holt, Tay Tantra and pxpkxrn.

With reimagined versions of guest artists’ songs along with fresh collaborations, this is a journey into new territories of Top End R’n’B.

Support comes from soul-pop singer/songwriter Casii Williams. Hailing from remote community Ntaria (Hermansberg), 150km west of Alice Springs, Casii has one of the most powerful voices in the NT. Her unique pop aesthetic and passion for representing Indigenous women in music has become part of her identity as an artist, and her debut EP High, released in December 2022, encapsulates this talent and passion.
